There are so many ways media affects us. It permeates almost every aspect of our lives. We are all fed the idea that for women to gain social superiority they must have a certain image. This outlook makes it easy for a woman to be treated as less than a man, it's almost natural.
The Dove advertisement was inspiration for the collage. The beauty industry has indeed corrupted us and has inadvertently created huge problems, like the sustainment of male superiority.
